| Nagpur being the second capital of the State and the third largest city of Maharashtra, it shines light on its level of development. There is a high probability of increased investment activities, sprouting of infrastructure and industries. This will undoubtedly lead to demand for eco-friendly energy which we plan on covering. We are strategizing ahead so that when the demand rises, we are there to benefit from the developments. We will do this by putting up a 80 MW solar power plant. In any case, we expect multiple returns from the sale of real estate after the life of the solar plant is over. |
